Cold Tap is an accessory for the Cutting Extinguisher, used in both emergency situations and in preventive operations. The aim of the method is to open a hole in cisterns or tanks and then empty them of their contents, eg, gas or fluid. This is done in a safe manner so that neither people nor the environment are subjected to harm.
