coldcut™ cobra - once again profiles at the Emergency Services Show

This year as usual Cold Cut Systems had a stand at the show, but we also partnered with our UK installers to establish a strong profile within the exhibition.  Interest continues to expand in Cobra technology, its method of use and the advantages it can offer to users in a wide range of applications.  As always, we experienced high interest from municipal fire services, but we also noted how Cobra’s capability regarding safety, efficiency and environmental impact, is appealing to an ever increasing wider range of potential users, such as marine and naval applications, aviation, and industrial risks.

This year we worked closely with a number of our experienced installers in the UK who had on display a variety of different vehicle set ups, which included examples of Cobra and the Multi Purpose Nozzle (MPN) installations.  Working together with Cobra installers meant we could support potential customers by covering both product technology and method along with technical installation questions and installed examples.  Big thanks to installers for the support and we look forward to building on this approach in future exhibitions.

The exhibition was also supported by very well attended innovation seminars, which also included reference to Cobra.  Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service discussed its approach to how it has embedded Cobra within its Future Firefighting Project, and how it is driving its use and innovation as part of an operational change and development programme across the Service.  It is clearly the case that the awareness and understanding of Cobra, its method use and application, is very high in the UK with Greater Manchester being part of a growing number of Fire and Rescue Services using Cobra as the system of choice to improve safety and effectiveness across the whole of UK firefighting community.
