coldcut Foam Pump
The coldcut™ cobra fire extinguishing technique combines abrasive water jet cutting with water spray extinguishing.
The high water jet pressure allows for the cutting abrasive to rapidly penetrate all known construction materials, creating an efficient high velocity fire fighting water mist, once the penetration has been made.
The method offers a safe attack on interior fire and on fire gases from an outside position.
The coldcut™ cobra may be equipped with a water driven dual piston foam pump.
Adding a Class A detergent to the water lower the surface tension of the water. It makes the water wetter, thus enables the water to stick to fibrous fires in a way it wouldn´t do otherwise.
The foam pump is operated from the hand lance and/or the control panel, depending on the coldcut™ cobra of your choice.
