Cobra Use Case | Cobra in Override Mode

News

Operation with manual control in exceptional cases.

If the hand lance becomes unresponsive, Cobra can still be operated in override mode from the pump panel. This function is designed for rare but critical situations where continued use is required despite a technical issue.

Override bypasses the normal safety functions, which means clear team roles, constant supervision of the lance, and strict procedures are essential. Training and structured practice ensure that crews are prepared if override ever needs to be used in the field.
