We are very happy to announce a new cooperation between Østjyllands Brandvæsen, Denmark, and Cold Cut Academy, making Østjyllands Brandvæsen a Cold Cut Academy partner for Cobra training.
The purpose of Cold Cut Academy is to develop knowledge about firefighting with cutting extinguishers together with fire services and to spread and demonstrate that knowledge to fire services through first-class training and cooperation with fire service authorities.
Østjyllands Brandvæsen and the training facilities in Kirstinesminde offers, among other things, professional firefighting training, team building and first aid courses. As the latest addition, Kirstinesminde will now also offer the Cobra Instructor Course.

The main target group for the Cobra Instructor Course are instructors with the objective to train Cobra Operators in their own organisation. The course is also a brilliant opportunity for officers and method developers to reach an understanding of the potential of the Cobra Method as a capability enhancer for the fire service.
The aim of the course is to train firefighting instructors to enable them to train Cobra Operators to use the Cobra equipment safely and efficiently according to Cobra methods and to integrate these methods with firefighting methods currently in use within that fire service.
The Cobra Instructor Course is delivered by highly experienced Cobra Senior Instructors and covers both theoretical training and practical exercises.
The course is based on and encompasses in excess of 20 years of practical and instructional experience.
