Today is Maundy Thursday, or Sheer Thursday. The day is called “Skärtorsdag” in Swedish, which fits well with the fact that cutting extinguishers are called “Skärsläckare” in Swedish. A bit like international coldcut cobra day 😊
This also makes us think of the Swedish expression “Kärt barn har många namn”/We find many names for those we love.
