Copenhagen Airport Rescue and Firefighting Academy

Sharing knowledge is the cornerstone of the Copenhagen Airport Rescue and Firefighting Academy (CARFA). We feel a great responsibility to share this knowledge we have accumulated at CARFA and to make better training programs we cooperate with other firefighting schools around the world.

Safety cannot be overemphasized when we are dealing with aviation. Small errors can have huge consequences and that is why it is so very important that aviation firefighters are trained to make the right choices, and that these choices become second nature.

At CARFA you will learn the basic and advanced techniques of aviation firefighting. You will be trained by our experienced and certified instructors who are also active aviation firefighters. We are confident that we offer world-class courses in this area, based on EASAs rules and ICAO recommendations. Keep this in mind when you make decisions concerning training courses for your firefighting staff.
